What is Aeronomads?
Aeronomads is an online aviation gifts and apparel store dedicated to professionals in the aviation industry. We offer high-quality, aviation-themed t-shirts, hoodies, and accessories for pilots, air traffic controllers, cabin crew, and aircraft maintenance technicians.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! While our primary market is the USA, we also ship to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and Singapore. If you're located in another country, please contact us to check shipping availability
What sizes do your t-shirts and hoodies come in?
Our apparel is available in a range of sizes, typically from S to 3XL. Each product listing includes a size chart to help you find the perfect fit. If you're unsure, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Since our products are made on demand, we only accept returns or exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right!
How long does shipping take?
Production usually takes 2–5 business days, and shipping time depends on your location:
USA: 3–7 business days
Canada & Australia: 7–14 business days
International: 10–20 business days
You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted checkout system. At this time, we do not accept PayPal or cash on delivery.
Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?
Depending on your country's import laws, your order may be subject to customs duties or taxes upon delivery. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can click that link anytime to see real-time updates on your package's location. Please allow 2–5 business days after ordering for the tracking info to become active, as our products are made to order.
